Internal Reporting System - Whistleblowing Channel
FONT SALEM, S.L. and FONT SALEM PORTUGAL, S.A. (hereinafter, FONT SALEM) as an integral part of the GRUPO DAMM, have an Internal Reporting System - Whistleblowing Channel - that allows any irregularity that might be a criminal offence or serious or very serious administrative offence to be reported in the work or professional context of FONT SALEM, under the protection of the law.This channel may be used by:
- Employees and shareholders.
- Self-employed.
- Any person working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Any person reporting information on infringements obtained within an employment relationship or a relationship under the articles of association even is such relationships have ended.
- Volunteers, interns and trainees.
- Any person whose employment relationship has not yet started in cases where information on infringements has been obtained during the recruitment process.

It is available the Internal Reporting System Policy Internal Reporting System - Whistleblowing Channel which regulates the rights and guarantees for informants.
The Whistleblowing Channel is not an emergency service. Complaints submitted through this channel will not receive an immediate response.
In the event that you wish to make a business complaint, the Whistleblowing Channel is not the official channel for submitting complaints. For this purpose, the Company has a Customer Service Department where complaints can be submitted or information can be requested.
