For the purposes of that which has been set forth in the regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data, FONT SALEM informs the user that FONT SALEM has created an automated personal data file for the purposes of carrying out tasks relating to information, training and marketing of products developed and distributed at any time by FONT SALEM and its group of companies. FONT SALEM is responsible for this automated personal data file.

FONT SALEM also informs the user that FONT SALEM may exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection and, in doing so, is required to communicate its intentions in writing to the following address before exercising its rights: FONT SALEM, Departamento de Atención al Cliente, Partida El Frontó, s/n, Salem (Valencia) 46843. Said request should contain the following information: first and last name of the user, address of service, photocopy of a government issued ID or passport and an application specifying the request. If being represented, the representative should show irrefutable proof of authorization. Notification delivered according to the procedures that FONT SALEM will make available to the User on its website for such purposes will also be valid.

FONT SALEM agrees to keep all personal data confidential and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent any alterations, loss, processing or unauthorized access while always considering the state of technology.

The User expressly agrees to cede all personal information contained in said file to the FONT SALEM companies. The aforementioned cession may only be used for the purposes of carrying out tasks relating to information, training and marketing of the products developed and distributed at any time by FONT SALEM and its group of companies. The User also authorizes, in compliance with the regulations in force, the processing of its trafficking information for its own marketing promotions.

In any event, and in compliance with the provisions established by the Law of Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce (Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico), users will be asked for their express consent when collecting information so that FONT SALEM may use the data to send information and advertisements through electronic mail or other similar means such as cellular telephone SMS. The user may revoke its consent at any time by following the procedures that FONT SALEM has made available on their website for such purposes.

FONT SALEM advises that FONT SALEM does not verify the accuracy of the data entered by the user. Nevertheless, FONT SALEM will use the data entered by each user as is, whether accurate or not.

COOKIES

FONT SALEM also advises the user that cookies may be stored while navigating the web browser on the user’s computer. Storing cookies allows the computer’s IP address and other possible navigation data to be recognized automatically. Cookies will only be used for the purposes of maintaining the web browsing session. Access and use of the website www.fontsalem.com will be governed and subject to the General Terms below. By using any website which FONT SALEM owns, the User fully agrees to all General Terms of Use and Access presently in force. FONT SALEM reserves the right to modify the present General Terms at any time.

The contents of the websites owned by FONT SALEM (including text, audio, video, software, design and identifying symbols among others) are subject to Industrial and Intellectual Property laws.
